Thank you for considering a boat tour with us. 

If we cancel your trip for any reason, be it bad weather or not enough people booked you will receive a full refund.   

For all cancellations that you make MORE than 7 days prior to the date of your reservation there will be a full  refund minus a flat fee of $50. No exceptions.

If you must cancel LESS than 7 days before the trip start time there is no refund or credit towards a future trip unless I can rebook the seats I was holding for you. To be as fair as possible if I can rebook your seats I will issue a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee.

Please call or text me as soon as you know you need to cancel and I will do what I can to rebook the seats I was holding for you.

If you wish to change your reservation more than 7 days before your trip start date this can be done free of charge. The new date on changes must be plus or minus 60 days from the original start date. Changes that you wish to make less than 7 days prior to your trip start date will be charged a $50 change fee and only allowed once I have been able to rebook the seats I was holding for you. If I cannot rebook your seats this will be considered a cancellation with no refund.

Tours with less than 3 people booked by the morning of the tour will be canceled and you will receive a full refund or you may pay for the addition spaces to make it a 3 passenger trip and enjoy a very discounted private tour.

We are rather strict in adhering to our cancellation and refund policy.  I would not ask you to give me a free or discounted trip or service in the future If I "no showed" or last minute cancelled on you in your business, for any reason.  Please give me the same consideration.
