Thank you for considering a boat tour with us. 

If we cancel your trip for any reason be it bad weather or not enough people booked you will receive a full refund.  

If on the day of your whale watching trip the seas are too rough to go out to the whales  you will be given a choice. We will go for a coastal trip for 1.5 to 2 hours and you will receive a 50 % refund per person or you may cancel for a full refund.

If you wish to change your reservation more than 14 days before your trip start date this can be done with a fee of $25.  The new date must be plus or minus 60 days from the original start date. Changes are not allowed to be made less than 14 days prior to your trip start date.

For all cancellations that you make more than 14 days prior to the date of your reservation there will be a 50% refund or you may choose a full credit for a future trip.

If you must cancel less than 14 days before the trip start time there is no refund or credit towards a future trip.  Please understand when you cancel less than 14 days prior to your departure date that we have probably turned other folks away while holding your seats. We have a limited season to operate at full capacity and every trip matters as boats are expensive to maintain and our overhead is probably much higher than you imagine.   

To be as fair as I can, if I can rebook the seats that you cancel I will give you a 50% refund or a full credit towards a future trip. Please call or text me as soon as you know you need to cancel and I will do what I can to rebook the seats I was holding for you.

I would not ask you to give me a free or discounted trip or service in the future If I "no showed" or last minute cancelled on you in your business, for any reason. Please give me the same consideration.

Tours with less than 4 people booked by the morning of the tour will be canceled and you will receive a full refund or you may pay for the addition spaces to make it a 4 passenger trip and enjoy a very discounted private tour.
